This Savage Diamond is set in 18 karat yellow gold with:

~ a GIA certified, 1.2 carat,  modified pear step cut, light brown, VS1, natural diamond
~ two 6x4mm, shield cut, natural parti sapphires
~ four 3mm, round cut, natural white diamonds
