At Millie Savage, we want you to love your unique piece of jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and production standards.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your jewelry in its original box and use a padded mailer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Processing Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
